🏰 Bidding on Guild Houses
To participate in a Guild House auction, you must meet these extra conditions:

| You own a guild |
| Your guild has at least 5 members (different accounts) with Premium Accounts |
| On the day you win the auction, your guild must still meet the requirements |
| If the next day you no longer have a guild or drop below 5 Premium members, you lose the Guild House |
| The house will be placed back on auction automatically |
How Bidding Works — Step by Step
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Find a free house or an ongoing auction |
| 2 | Place your bid (starts a 7-day timer if it's the first bid) |
| 3 | “You can increase your bid at any time during the auction if another player outbids you. Be careful: if you type 500k, your bid will be exactly 500k — it does not just outbid the previous offer.” |
| 4 | When the auction ends, the highest bidder wins and pays the exact bid amount |
| 5 | For Guild Houses: ensure your guild/member requirements are still met on win day and the day after |
