🏠 How to Bid on Houses
Everything you need to know before you join a house auction.
Requirements
- Minimum level 30.
- Premium Account required.
Auction Basics
- The first bid starts a 7‑day auction.
- Your bid is the exact amount you pay if you win.
- You may increase your bid any time if someone put higher bid before the auction ends.
🏰 Bidding on Guild Houses
To participate in a Guild House auction, you must meet these extra conditions:
- You own a guild.
- Your guild has at least 5 members (different accounts) with Premium Accounts.
- On the day you win the auction, your guild must still meet the requirements.
- If on the next day you no longer have a guild, or your guild drops below 5 Premium members, you will lose the Guild House.
- The house will then be placed back on auction automatically.
How Bidding Works — Step by Step
- Find a free house or an ongoing auction.
- Place your bid (starting a 7‑day timer if it's the first bid).
- Optionally raise your bid during the auction period.
- When the auction ends, the highest bidder wins and pays the exact bid amount.
- For Guild Houses: ensure your guild and member requirements are still met on win day and the day after.
Good to Know
- Only players who meet all requirements can place or raise bids.
- Make sure you have sufficient funds before bidding.
Loss of Eligibility
- If your guild dissolves or dips below 5 Premium members the day after winning, the Guild House is forfeited.
- Forfeited Guild Houses are immediately re‑auctioned.
Q: Can I bid without Premium?
A: No. Premium Account is required for all house auctions.
Q: Does the starting bid set a minimum price?
A: Your bid is what you will pay if you win. You can increase it anytime until the auction ends.
Q: What happens if I lose guild eligibility after winning?
A: You lose the Guild House and it goes back to auction.
